Those users who have already tried Image to PDF will find this Image to PDF Command Line vey useful. It`s function is the same, but run from the Windows command line. This way, it can be referenced by other programs.

With Image to PDF Command Line you can create PDF documents from photos and images in any of the following formats: JPG, TIFF, PNG, PCD, PSD, TGA, BMP, DCX, EMF, WMF, etc. If the user wants, they can also combine multiple distinct images in the same PDF. It also has tools to create them from multiple pages in TIFF.

Image to PDF Command Line also lets you convert the resulting PDFs using different effects (black and white, greyscale, etc). It also lets you batch process, and for it to work you don`t need to install Adobe Acrobat.
